The rooms are well-maintained with a nice patio and balcony, and the staff is very attentive.

Stayed in an air-conditioned and newly remodelled room that was kept clean.

The apartment was nice, the layout very nice, the view overwhelming.

Breakfast and dinner are on the same level as a Siemens company canteen; not really bad, not really good, but mass processing. And from an actually so high and expensive hotel we had expected something different here. The sauna costs extra - this is irritating. The wi-fi in the room did not work. The friendliness of the staff was partly good, partly it left much to be desired.

The rooms here are pristine, spacious, and come with a beautiful balcony offering sea views, as well as a comfy queen-size bed, and the food is of excellent quality.

In the room was only one armchair for 2 persons

Water in the pools is very cold, the fee for using the nice little spa is too high. It is a shame that you can no longer use the beautiful loungers at the upper pool if you do not live there - especially since 80% are empty.

This venue is peaceful and exceptionally clean, with top-class and attentive staff providing excellent service and efficiency.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent food, fantastic clifftop location, beautiful gardens. Really superb pianist in the piano bar in the evening, I would stay here for this alone!

There are simply too many people in such a large facility, but that is my subjective feeling. When I see couches reserved with towels, I just don't like it; I found the additional rent of € 2.00 for the room safe strange;

The rooms here are super modern and really clean, plus you get a great view of the sea! 🌊

The weather, the sports , but the golf is too expensive

It was modern, compact and with a beautiful view out over immaculate gardens to the atlantic beyond. The breakfast was warm for all tastes and the food was good. Particularly helpful and attentive staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Jardin Tecina. the hotel is located right by Playa de Santiago's black volcanic sand beach. - Its stunning location also provides easy access to other restaurants in the area. - I dined at La Marea, which was only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Loved pool areas.Kids mini club was great.Very peaceful & quiet at night.Golf good however we were hassled along by players behind who got very rude and ruined our game,so maybe more time between bookings required.Breakfast excellent.

Needs to be more choices for children at the pool bars for eating.No choice of things like donuts, chocolate bars, childrens sandwiches,ice lollies like kalise etc.Food served is very adult and it was difficult to cater for our son. Our room had been freshly painted and we had to cope with strong paint smell for first day or two.Leave time between maintenance and room entry.Not enough staff on reception.Took 25 mins to check in.

Breakfast buffet very good, large selection, quality excellent. The complex with palm trees and beautiful plants enchanting.

Far too many guests are spread over too few rooms during breakfast and dinner. Noise partly like in a station concourse.
